“BAYTEREK” MONUMENT

“Bayterek” is an emblem of Astana which was opened in 2002. “Bayterek” means young, strong and growing tree and symbolizes the country which keeps its historical roots and seeks the future prosperity. There is a legend that Samruk — the holly bird — laid a golden egg in the nest that symbolizes the sun and hope.
The tower’s height is 97 meters. You can observe a breathtaking view of the Left Bank of the city.

“DUMAN” ETERTAINMENT CENTER

The aquarium of the center is located over 3000 km away from the ocean. It’s a home for more than 2000 sea inhabitants. There is a special tunnel where you can see the underwater world with different inhabitants. “Duman” has several entertainments, such as 5D and 8D cinemas, Jungles, “Exotarium” where you can see and touch exotic species.

“Khan Shatyr” is the second symbol of Astana city which was built in 2010. You will enjoy shopping in world brand boutiques as Zara, New Yorker, GAP, Bershka and many others.

“ASTANA OPERA” OPERA AND BALLET THEATER

The theater was found in 2013 on the initiative of President Nursultan Nazarbayev. The Opera Theater was built according to the classic style and stands on a pair with the famous opera theaters worldwide.

AK ORDA PRESIDENTIAL PALACE

Ak Orda is the official workplace of the President. The palace includes a blue and gold dome topped with a spire. Ak Orda is a large building, where every hall has its function, and where heads of many world’s countries walked by its corridors. It’s a four floor building which was built in 2003.
CENTRAL PARK

In this season the park has started to work in renovated format with new and interesting attractions. The most beautiful one is “French Carousel”, or as they say “flying horses”. It is completely identical analogue of carousel located near the Eiffel Tower in Paris. You can also have fun at “Vysota” Trampoline Park and enjoy different attractions for kids and adults.

NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The museum has been created in the framework of the “Cultural Heritage” State Program on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. There are also facilities for a children's museum, children's art center, two showrooms, restoration workshops, laboratories, professional depositories, a scientific library with a reading room, a conference hall and souvenir stalls.

HAZRAT SULTAN MOSQUE

The largest mosque in Central Asia was built in 2012. The building includes tabernacles, a hall for wedding ceremonies, rooms for Koran reading and having lessons for seminarians, as well as a cloakroom and аn ablution room. The Mosque is designed in classic oriental style.

PALACE OF PEACE AND RECONCILATION

The palace is known as “Pyramid” among locals. The Pyramid of the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation includes a concert-opera hall, conference hall, exhibition galleries, green house, and so on. All of them are notable for fabulous decoration, consisting of various panel pictures, sculptures, paintings and installations.

OPEN SWIMMING POOL
There are three swimming pools. They are cleaned by vacuum cleaner every day. Towels, sun-pads, glasses, tubes, and chaise-lounges are given for free. You can play beach volleyball, or sit with your company in arbor or swings.

“SKY BEACH CLUB” BEACH AT KHAN SHATYR
The peculiarity of “Khan Shatyr” is the indoor swimming pool at the top of the building. The sand of the beach has been flown out from the Maldives and under floor heating gives the natural beach feeling.
