Uzbekistan is actively working to expand its agricultural exports to Kuwait. As part of this effort, the country's Minister of Agriculture, Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov, recently paid a working visit to the State of Kuwait, accompanied by the head of the ministry's department, Jamoliddin Babakhanov.
During the visit, several meetings with representatives of partner organizations were scheduled. In particular, Jamoliddin Babakhanov held negotiations with Rajishwar Goud Bimagononla and Abhilash Pottankolli, representatives of City Hypemarket Commercial.
The discussions focused on the prospects of bilateral cooperation, including the export of Uzbek agricultural products to the Kuwaiti market, logistics issues, and joint initiatives aimed at increasing trade volumes. The agreements reached during the meetings are expected to play a key role in strengthening trade and economic ties between the two countries.
City Hypemarket Commercial is one of Kuwait’s largest trading companies, specializing in the import, export, and wholesale distribution of food products, agricultural goods, and consumer goods. With its extensive trade network, the company facilitates supply chains across the Middle East.
