Rome

The capital of Italy is the first on our list, because this city simply amazes your imagination! There are great historical monuments, such as the Colosseum, Pantheon, Roman Forum and much more. Here you can plunge into the atmosphere of ancient and medieval history, enjoy art and culture. You can also devote a day to exploring the city-state of Vatican City. Rome is especially beautiful in the evening, the city becomes incredibly romantic and beautiful at dusk. But be prepared for a huge number of tourists.


Florence

This city is the epitome of the Renaissance. It is home to works of art such as sculptures by Michelangelo and paintings by Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Caravaggio, and Raphael. Florence is famous for its museums, architecture, and great Tuscan cuisine. Be sure to go up to Piazza Michelangelo, it offers the best view of the city, especially at sunset. And if you're confused by the crowds of tourists, head up the path and choose a cozy bench in the shade of the trees.
