A young singer made the globe hear the Kazakh language. Dimash took part in Singer-2017 competition and found himself famous having sung "SOS d'un terrien en détresse" in French. His path to fame started on January 21, 2017. Dimash became world-known and has received many awards since then.
Dimash usually sings in Kazakh, and great many fans of different nationalities around the world sing along with him.

She’s the winner of Ukraine vocal show the "Voice. Children". The show was launched on November,5. The girl passed blind auditions and became the leader, having collected more than 6 million views on YouTube. As a winner, she gained a three-month rotation on "Nashe radio" (“Наше Радио”) and a wonderful weekend trip to Disneyland in Paris.
"Sparta Nomad" KVN (humor contest club) team

Kazakhstan "Sparta Nomad" team became the champion of the KVN Major League in December, 2017. This is the first Kazakhstan team that got this title.

Akan Sataev is a director known for winning two "Tulpar" film awards. In October 2017 the psycho thriller "Ona" (“Она”) was presented by the “20th Century Fox”. It was for the first time when the Kazakhstan film was released under a wide logo by such a world-known film company.

The Kazakh videographer was recognized as the best employee in the Black Star production company founded by Timati. As a reward, he received a car. Ablai’s been living and working in Moscow since February,2017. He shoots singers’ performances, promo clips, commercials. Ablai is brilliant at making backstage videos and photo shoots.
Dinara Saduakasova and Zhansaya Abdumalik

The Kazakhstan team led by Dinara Saduakasova and Zhansaya Abdumalik defeated the Chinese team at the rapid chess championship held in Ashgabat in 2017.
Dinara Saduakasova got the title of the best female player at the 4th Asian Excellence Awards held in the UAE in 2017. Also, Dinara was appointed the National Goodwill Ambassador of UNICEF in Kazakhstan this year.
Armanzhan Ruzakhunov
He’s an athlete, the first black belt holder in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Kazakhstan. Armanzhan Ruzakhunov won silver at the Paris International Open IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship this year. The tournament was attended by 900 athletes from all over the world.
