Starting from August 27, 2025, Turkish citizens can enter and stay in Kazakhstan without a visa for up to 90 days within every 180-day period. This new rule strengthens mobility and people-to-people ties between the two countries.

Built by China Road and Bridge Corporation, the project includes major tunnels to ensure year-round access and is set for full completion by 2030.
