Kuyrdak

Kuyrdak is one of the oldest and traditional dishes in Kazakh cuisine. Kuyrdak mainly cooked from various types of meat including mutton, liver, kidney, heart, and lungs, except pork.

Liver — 1 pcs.

Heart — 1 pcs.

Lung.

Kidneys — 4 pcs.

Onions — 500 gr.

Potatoes — 1200 gr.

Salt — 3 tbsp.

Black pepper — 1 tbsp.

Bay leaf — 2 pcs.

Garlic — 3 cloves.

Vegetable oil — 150 ml.


Orama


Orama is a traditional steamed pie of Kazakh and Kyrgyz cuisines, usually served as a second or main dish.

Chak-chak


Chak-chak is a traditional Tatar and Bashkir sweet, which is incredibly popular in Central Asia. Kazakhstanis often cook or buy homemade chak-chak at bazaars and stores.
