Following a competitive selection process, 22 companies were selected from the 170 applications submitted.
A new acceleration programme, Textileration, was launched in Bishkek on 10 February to support entrepreneurs in the textile industry. According to the Swiss Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic, 22 companies were selected from about 170 applications as a result of a competitive selection process. Participants will have access to intensive training, personal mentoring and tools to enter new markets.
The programme includes working with industry experts, improving business models and exploring new sales channels, which will enable entrepreneurs to improve product quality and strengthen competitiveness in international markets.
Aizhan Alisherova, Head of Acceleration and Technical Support Programmes, emphasised that Textileration is not merely an accelerator programme, but a comprehensive support ecosystem.
The Textileration accelerator programme is funded by Switzerland and implemented by Accelerate Prosperity, with the aim of connecting local manufacturers with global opportunities.
