Wyndham Garden Charvak
A resort under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand is being built in the Charvak tourist and recreational zone — one of the first of its scale in the region. The developer is Dune Group Development. The opening is scheduled for 2028. The complex will include a hotel, villas, and well-developed infrastructure. Currently, 30% of construction is complete and property sales have already begun.
MSA Resort
MSA Resort is being built in the Parkent district — a unique tourist complex with a focus on agritourism, gastronomy, and local culture. The resort will include:
— hotels
— farms
— recreational facilities
— production of high value-added goods.
The project is expected to create 350 jobs. Completion is scheduled for 2025.
New Ski Area at the Summit of "Oltin Bel"
An international-level ski resort is under construction at the summit of “Oltin Bel” in the Parkent district. It will be four times larger than the well-known Amirsoy resort. The area will feature slopes of varying difficulty, panoramic viewing platforms, and modern hotels. The resort is designed not only for winter sports, but for year-round active tourism.
Sea Breeze Uzbekistan
A large-scale $10 billion project by Azerbaijani entrepreneur Emin Agalarov. The resort will be divided into 10 functional zones, including:

— hotels
— residential areas
— shops
— restaurants
— festival venues.
Plans also include the construction of a bridge over the reservoir and year-round residential infrastructure.
Orom Recreational Zone
A 16-hectare recreational complex called Orom is being developed in the “Birlik” mahalla of Akkurgan district. More than 10 hectares will be dedicated to recreational zones, including:
— swimming pools
— attractions
— playgrounds
— miniature replicas of historical monuments.
The project aims to boost domestic tourism and improve the quality of life in the region.
