WORK IN A COMPANY
Ergali. Our company supplies us with work and organizes our leisure time.
Andrei. The company promotes a healthy lifestyle, e.g. a large marathon organized in May.
Various sports events are normally held for the company birthday. All employees take part in them. Hockey, volleyball, tennis and football tournaments, campings are regularly arranged.
Ergali. Also, we have a team participating in the "Chto? Gde? Kogda?" (“What? Where? When?) quiz show.
Andrei. BI Band was one of the latest brilliant ideas.
Music gives us an energy boost
Ergali. The idea belongs to the shareholder Askhat Omarov. He wanted the company to have its own music band. We created a group in May under his aegis. The heads support our creativity by providing all the necessary equipment.
Our band has compiled enthusiasts. Today the core of the band involves six-seven people. There are some people temporarily involved in the project. New members are always welcomed.
We rehearse three times a week. Now we’re mastering the technique and want to be the single whole.
Music gives us energy, we can easily take off the stress of the day at rehearsals. We acquire new skills here.
Ilmira. I've been singing since childhood. I’m given a great opportunity not to lose my skills and discharge after work.
ABOUT PLANS
Ilmira. We’re performing at the annual Day of a Builder party.
Andrei. Now we perform covers only, though hope to grow up to the concert to play our own songs.
We’re going to form two or three bands.
Ergali. We’re grateful for the heads, so want to do our best and show outstanding results.
