Eco-friendly city of Kemin-City will appear in Kyrgyzstan

In the Kemin district of the Chui region of Kyrgyzstan, it is planned to build a modern ecological city.

According to RBC's published data, the project is estimated at $45.74 billion. An area of more than 353 hectares has been allocated for development, which has already received the status of settlement land instead of the previous category of agricultural purpose.

Until mid-2025, the authorities intend to develop and approve the construction concept, as well as negotiate with potential investors and conclude the necessary agreements. Тhe creation of an eco-city will be an important milestone in the socio-economic development of Kyrgyzstan.
