1. Make a list of things that bring you joy

2. Plan your fun

You can think about larger events. Don't need to wait for the time to travel to your dream city someday in the future. Better plan your trip and start preparing for it.

You can draw a small smiley face on your hand and smile when you see it. This will not only lift your spirits, but also those people around you. Life will definitely become more pleasant.
4. Focus on how you feel
Often when we do something, we do it automatically and don't enjoy the process. We go to a restaurant, order dinner and eat it because we are hungry. We turn on music on the way home from work and think about the tasks for tomorrow. We chat with friends and scroll through our Instagram feed. As a result, we do not receive satisfaction and pleasure from these pleasant actions.
Try thinking about how the food you taste or the coffee you order smells and tastes. Listen attentively to your favorite music, focusing on each component of the song, including the drums and other instruments. It will enhance your experience.
5. Don’t forget about the results of the day
Try to get into the habit of remembering at the end of the day what interesting, surprising, fun or pleasant things happened that day. You can write this down in your notebook. This will help you recognize positive emotions every day and remember how fulfilling your life is.
